As a realtor, my journey began with a passion for helping people find their dream home. Growing up, I always had an interest in architecture and design, which eventually led me to pursue a career in the real estate industry. The thrill of matching clients with the perfect property and seeing the joy on their faces is what drives me every day.

Over the years, I have honed my skills in negotiation, market analysis, and customer service to provide the best possible experience for my clients. Due to me living in a different state, Meghan visited each property and provided: pictures, video, & documentation. She also performed research to identify any additional cost I may incur, or restrictions not identified in the listing. Once I selected a property, she worked hard to secure the best deal possible. The property went under contract on March 19th. We closed on March 31st. Throughout the process, Meghan was very responsive to my questions, and kept me informed during every step. We communicated via email, text, and phone calls. When I flew to Texas for the closing, Meghan was there with me - reviewing the closing documents and continuing to answer questions. First time Homebuyers

I have had the pleasure of knowing and being close friends with Andy and Ryan for about 7 years, give or take.
Even before I became a licensed Realtor , I have watched them work hard to save, repair their credit, apply for financing to get told “not yet” , along with other moments of discouragement that first time buyers often go through .
Finally all of their hard work paid off for them In October of 2023 when they received pre approval and were ready to shop for their first home.
It was my honor to be along side of them as we came across the perfect house for them and to be the one to tell them “ Offer Accepted” ..”clear to close”… and finally “Congratulations , Happy home owners!”
We closed escrow on the 5th of January 2024 . I very much look forward to watching them build memory after memory in their beautiful home!
